Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing property listings, leading real estate development projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves market research, property evaluations, and providing exceptional customer service to meet client needs. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful property transactions and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Skills in Sales and negotiation to successfully close property deals
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and investment principles
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in using real estate management software and tools is a plus
• Previous on-site real estate experience is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
