Real Estate Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Bayut and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property listings on Bayut.
• Respond promptly to buyer and tenant inquiries.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing.
• Meet monthly sales and leasing targets.
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
• Proven experience using Bayut for property listings and lead management.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
