Job Summary
The Persian Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for leading and supporting a team of real estate agents while delivering high-quality service to Persian-speaking clients. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and a solid understanding of the real estate market to drive team performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of assigned real estate agents
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to enhance agent productivity
- Oversee property listings, negotiations, and transaction processes
- Support agents in handling Persian-speaking clients and key accounts
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and real estate regulations
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic guidance on pricing and sales approaches
- Track team targets, sales performance, and reporting requirements
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, developers, and business partners
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Fluency in Persian (Farsi) and English
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
