Team Leader – Dubai Real Estate
About the Role
We're looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales performance, and playing an active role in Dubai's fast-paced off-plan and secondary market.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to consistently hit and exceed targets
- Oversee the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship management
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing regular coaching and performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders
- Stay ahead of market trends, new project launches, and Dubai Land Department regulations
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, lead strategies, and listing exposure
- Recruit and onboard new talent into the team as the business scales
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Proven track record in team leadership or a senior broker role
- Deep knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property markets
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English
