Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Real Estate Team Leader. The Real Estate Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of real estate professionals, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and ensure targets and objectives are met. The role includes supporting team members, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities. The candidate will also handle high-value real estate transactions and ensure the delivery of quality service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills to guide and supervise a team effectively
• Experience in property sales, leasing, and investment consultancy
• Proficiency in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making for goal achievement
• Excellent knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and expertise in market trend analysis
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to engage with clients and partners
• An understanding of innovative marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's property and regulatory environment is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
