Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Real Estate Team Lead based in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of real estate consultants, ensuring efficient operations and excellent client service. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the team, conducting market analysis, providing guidance to clients on commercial real estate opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. The Team Lead will also collaborate with brokerage teams to achieve sales and business development goals while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively
• Hands-on experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate, with a deep understanding of market trends and practices
• Excellent Communication skills to build and nurture customer relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
• Proven Team Leadership abilities to drive performance, set goals, and develop team members
• Professional demeanor and ability to develop data-informed strategic plans
• Proficiency in market analysis and sales strategies
• Familiarity with the Egyptian real estate market is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
