Role Description

The Telesales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in the sales process. The representative will also participate in outreach efforts, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear and persuasive speaking
• Proven proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address questions and resolve concerns effectively
• Sales and negotiation skills to meet targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Capacity to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to participate in Training programs to improve skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with an ability to work in a team-driven environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Previous experience in the real estate or similar industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or sales training is advantageous
