About the Role
Sahak Properties is looking for a motivated, well-spoken, and target-driven Real Estate Telesales & Client Relations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in real estate sales, telesales, or sales support, strong communication skills, a confident phone manner, and a genuine interest in Dubai's real estate market. You will support the sales team by managing client communication, updating lead information, coordinating property inquiries, and assisting in building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
The right candidate should be organized, disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable speaking with different types of clients in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with clients and prospects through approved company channels.
• Support the sales team with lead coordination, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain and update client records accurately in the company CRM.
• Assist in identifying client requirements and matching them with suitable property opportunities.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure timely follow-up on active inquiries.
• Help maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Prepare daily activity reports and update management on progress.
• Support the team in improving client engagement and conversion.
• Follow company guidelines and UAE real estate communication standards at all times.
Requirements
• Previous experience in real estate telesales, real estate sales support, lead coordination, telemarketing, or property brokerage is preferred.
• Knowledge of, or experience in, the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent English is required. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Persian, or Chinese is an advantage.
• Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, discipline, resilience, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in building a long-term career in Dubai real estate.
