You will be responsible for:
- Calling and following up with assigned real estate leads
- Understanding client requirements and investment objectives
- Presenting suitable Dubai property opportunities
- Following up through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Handling objections and negotiating with prospects
- Converting qualified leads into meetings, bookings and property transactions
- Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up records
- Achieving monthly sales and conversion targets
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Dubai real estate
- Proven telesales, lead conversion or property sales experience
- Confident and professional telephone communication skills
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing ability
- Fluent English, additional languages are an advantage
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Immediate joining preferred
This is a sales-focused position involving daily client calls, follow-ups and deal conversion.
