Role Description The Real Estate Agent Broker (District 5) at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The role involves managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes in the District 5 area. The agent broker will handle negotiations, prepare and review contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with local regulations. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a client portfolio, staying updated on market trends and property values, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing and closing activities. The role requires consistent on-site presence to meet clients, visit properties, and maintain strong relationships within the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker, preferably in District 5 or New Cairo.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market, property valuation, and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct property inspections, organize viewings, and present properties professionally.
• Comfort with using real estate platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on-site.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
• Relevant real estate certifications or licenses and a valid driver's license are beneficial.
