Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Cairo. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Key tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The role requires collaboration with team members and staying informed about industry developments to provide expert guidance.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
- Strong ability in Real Estate sales and knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record in Sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in market research and understanding real estate trends is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
