Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Associate. The selected candidate will handle client communications, identify potential buyers and sellers, provide property consultations, and conduct site visits. In addition, the role includes negotiating transactions, facilitating property sales, and maintaining long-term client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Holds a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property principles
- Proficient in Sales and negotiation techniques
- Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a competitive environment
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not required; suitable for both fresh and experienced professionals
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Cairo
