Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recent Graduate / Experienced Resale Agent based in New Cairo. The Resale Agent will handle property listings, support clients during the buying and selling process, and maintain accurate records of available units. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, conducting property viewings, following up on leads, and providing guidance on market prices and available options. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic documentation, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients. The agent is expected to build strong relationships, stay informed about New Cairo developments, and work towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly, build rapport with clients, and provide professional customer service.
• Basic knowledge of real estate concepts, property valuation, and the New Cairo market (training can be provided for recent graduates).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients, property viewings, and follow-ups.
• Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or listing platforms).
• Motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Relevant academic background in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage for experienced applicants, while recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
