About The Role

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. Asa full-time on-site role, you will provide efficient and effective front office administrativeservices to our team and clients. You will assist in the smooth running of the office,handle incoming calls, book appointments, and perform general office administrativetasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in reception or administrative support roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, andOutlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients in a
  • professional manner.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
