Reception and Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Client Relations & Sales Representative to join our premium, fully equipped veterinary clinic in Riyadh.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting front-desk operations, and promoting the clinic's services and products in a professional and consultative manner.

This role is ideal for a Saudi candidate with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a premium healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and ensure a professional front-desk experience.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and client check-ins.
• Coordinate smoothly with the medical and operations teams.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow-ups professionally.
• Educate clients on clinic services, wellness plans, products, and promotions.
• Process invoices, payments, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and premium reception environment.
• Support client retention by delivering excellent service at every touchpoint.

Requirements

• Based in Riyadh.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, reception, or front-desk operations.
• professional English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentable, professional, and confident in dealing with clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail, or veterinary services is a plus.
