Reception Manager | Luxury Hotel

We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking an experienced Reception Manager (Italian speaker) to join the team at one of Dubai's most prestigious ultra-luxury hotels.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the reception and reservations operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest journey from booking through to departure.
• Welcome and professionally engage with guests, creating a warm, personalised, and memorable first impression.
• Manage reservations, table allocations, guest preferences, special requests, and VIP bookings using SevenRooms.
• Build strong relationships with VIP and regular guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are consistently met.

About You

• Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Reservations Manager, or in a similar senior front-of-house position.
• Proven experience within a high-volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong previous GCC experience, ideally in Dubai.
• Excellent working knowledge of SevenRooms is essential.
• Proven experience managing VIP guests and high-profile clientele.
