We are currently looking for a passionate and professional Reception & Reservations Agent to join the dynamic team at COYA Dubai.

Experience You Will Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine-dining brand.
• Advanced knowledge of SevenRooms is a plus.
• The ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• High level of spoken and written English; fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
• A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• A keen interest in personal and professional development.
