Description:
1- Manage the Service advisors of the service center and make sure they respect company policy and standards (6 steps customer handling principle)
2- Follow up with spare parts for procurement of materials, specially the parts on VOR.
3- Maintains a high level of self-hygiene and uniform appearance for himself and his staff.
4 - Ensure job controllers are feeding correct/proper operation number.
5- Apply strictly company policy in terms of customer discount. Ensure that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time and estimated cost.
6- Make sure the reception is always clean and presentable to ensure state of the art customer standards
7- Monitor closely the vehicles repairing and take necessarily action in case of delay. Coordinate properly with workshop and parts to ensure on time delivery.
