Al Awj Center for the Rehabilitation of People of Determination, with an established branch in Ajman and a newly opened branch in Abu Dhabi, is committed to providing high-quality care and support for children with autism and developmental needs. We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for families at our center.
Job Summary
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, managing inquiries, supporting subscription sales, coordinating client communication, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage client relations with warmth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide parents and children to their services while answering non-technical questions (e.g., subscription fees, working hours, available therapies).
- Support new client subscriptions by providing excellent hospitality and presenting the center's strengths.
- Make client calls regarding missed appointments, payments, absences, feedback, incidents, or follow-up requests.
- Coordinate with the bus driver daily regarding pick-up and drop-off, assisting with communication challenges.
- Work with the remote customer service agent to update CRM records and manage appointment bookings.
- Move clients across CRM stages and ensure accurate data entry.
- Process sales, issue invoices, and open new subscriptions.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills with familiarity in CRM and sales systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- High school diploma required.
Work Conditions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Location: Abu Dhabi branch.
