Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • To maintain customer satisfaction by providing professional, high quality, front line customer focused services and handling of customer need and requirements and maintains close business rapport with existing and potential customers and obtains feedback in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and enhance AJVA brand image.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account international best practice.

  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of the CRM to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

  • Responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers and to ensure that a high quality of service is delivered at all times in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Record and maintain customer information & feedback on CRM system and forward the queries of immediate attention to the concerned Department/Personnel.

  • Coordinate and follow-up from the concern departments for the feedback on the forwarded customer concerns and queries.

  • Support and Execute Guaranteeing Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty programs as per defined AJVA & FORD standards and procedures.

  • Establish, Develop and Maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure One Team Approach to the delivery of Customer Relations Center's performance standards and the business objectives.

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • 0-3 years experience in Customer Relations or any other relevant field.

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management / Marketing or any other relevant field.
