Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The role involves general administrative duties, financial tasks, and handling sensitive documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties including receiving calls, visitors, and deliveries.
  • Manage the office and ensure all supplies are available.
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization.
  • Receive, record, and deliver cheques or confidential documents securely.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of all files.
  • Support basic finance-related tasks (logging payments, maintaining petty cash, etc.).
  • Coordinate with management and assist in day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administration, reception, or basic finance roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple small tasks efficiently.
