Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The role involves general administrative duties, financial tasks, and handling sensitive documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties including receiving calls, visitors, and deliveries.
- Manage the office and ensure all supplies are available.
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization.
- Receive, record, and deliver cheques or confidential documents securely.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of all files.
- Support basic finance-related tasks (logging payments, maintaining petty cash, etc.).
- Coordinate with management and assist in day-to-day operational needs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in administration, reception, or basic finance roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple small tasks efficiently.
