Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, managing communications and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendars and meetings schedule
  • Coordinate with company staff for meetings and documentation
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed
  • Arrange International Visits
  • Provides Word processing and secretarial support whenever requested

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be bilingual
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, printing, scanning, filing etc.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is mandatory
  • Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment

Qualifications

  • BSc/ BA or Diploma in Relative Field
