Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

1. Serve visitors at the front desk by welcoming & directing them appropriately.

2. Provide basic & accurate information & sechdule appointments.

3. Professionally Answer the main office phone line and forward incoming phone calls.

4. Receive, sort & distribute daily mail and courier deliveries. Order front office supplies.

5. Assist with other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying or related duties.
