Role Description

This is an on-site full-time Receptionist role located in Masr elgdida Cairo, Egypt.

from 12 to 8 p.m The Receptionist will be responsible for warmly greeting and assisting patients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining organized records, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the clinic. The role also requires effective communication with patients, staff, and external contacts, as well as providing a positive and professional customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a clinic setting
• Prior experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Basic knowledge or experience in healthcare settings is advantageous
