Job Description

Danube Properties is looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
  • Handle front desk operations and visitor log maintenance
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and support administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and deliveries
  • Support HR and Admin teams as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
