Danube Properties is looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Handle front desk operations and visitor log maintenance
- Coordinate meeting rooms and support administrative tasks
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Support HR and Admin teams as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
