This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist & Data Entry professional based in Nasr City. The role involves performing receptionist duties, managing front desk responsibilities, and delivering excellent customer service. The individual will handle phone correspondence, clerical tasks, and data entry to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. Attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal communication are critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage daily administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, and email communication)
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative or customer service are advantageous
