We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of managing front desk operations while providing administrative and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- Manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including handling correspondence and meeting coordination
- Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a polished and professional reception area
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative experience is a plus
- Prior experience in a front-desk, receptionist, or executive assistant role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in European languages is a plus)
- Professional appearance and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
