About the Role
The ideal candidate is a Junior detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for the visitors and vendors at the offices as well as assisting the finance department with certain basic accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for visitors and vendors;
- Support the accounting team with general accounting tasks including invoicing, data entry etc.;
- Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and updating records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and processes;
- Other duties related to the role assigned by the Department.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of total experience in an administrative and/or accounting role;
- Prior exposure to basic accounting functions;
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail;
- Fast learner, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and positive attitude;
