Job Purpose
To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and efficient front-office experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper arrangements.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Maintain a tidy and well-organized reception area at all times.
Provide administrative and clerical support to relevant departments as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
13 years of experience in a similar front-office or administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
