Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing daily front desk operations and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. This role involves greeting clients, managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and supporting studio operations in a professional and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage class bookings, cancellations, and schedule updates through the studio booking system.
  • Process client payments and maintain accurate client records.
  • Coordinate with instructors regarding class schedules and operational needs.
  • Assist instructors with class preparation and scheduling when required.
  • Ensure the reception area and studio entrance remain organized, clean, and presentable.
  • Provide general administrative support related to front desk operations.
  • Maintain a positive client experience and address basic client concerns or requests.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate student or currently pursuing a university degree.
  • English fluency is a MUST.
  • 01 year of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred.
