Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing daily front desk operations and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. This role involves greeting clients, managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and supporting studio operations in a professional and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage class bookings, cancellations, and schedule updates through the studio booking system.
- Process client payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with instructors regarding class schedules and operational needs.
- Assist instructors with class preparation and scheduling when required.
- Ensure the reception area and studio entrance remain organized, clean, and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support related to front desk operations.
- Maintain a positive client experience and address basic client concerns or requests.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate student or currently pursuing a university degree.
- English fluency is a MUST.
- 01 year of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred.
