Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front desk experience. Support smooth office operations and assist internal departments with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and callers professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks including mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and office supplies management.
- Oversee office inventory and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, supplies, and other operational needs.
- Assist in basic infrastructure upkeep and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
- Support internal departments with clerical and coordination tasks.
- Uphold professional standards and represent the company positively.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
