We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist with prior experience in a gym or fitness environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Knowledge of CRM systems is essential to manage member information efficiently and assist with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and visitors warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Maintain and update member records in the CRM system
- Schedule and manage appointments, classes, and personal training sessions
- Handle membership queries, renewals, and payments
- Assist in administrative tasks, including reporting and record keeping
- Support gym staff and management in operational tasks as needed
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a gym or fitness center is mandatory
