Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception area. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, photocopying, scanning).
- Assist with internal communications and support other departments as needed.
- Coordinate with office suppliers and service providers when necessary.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
