Job Summary:
First Option is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Nasr City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming guests, handling communications, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with social media posting and online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails
- Handle front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area
- Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
- Post and update content on social media platforms
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Requirements :
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling social media platforms and online messages
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Work Location: Nasr City near Serag Mall
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
- Friday and Saturday off
