The Role
We are seeking a poised and articulate Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate brings a background in Hospitality, ensuring that every client, partner, and employee experiences a five-star welcome. Beyond greeting guests, this role involves significant administrative responsibility, including preparing reports and managing office data.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations & Hospitality: Serve as the first point of contact for the company. Greet visitors, clients, and partners with a professional, hospitality-driven demeanour, ensuring they are comfortable and directed appropriately.
- Call Management: Manage a high volume of incoming calls, screening and routing them to the appropriate departments or agents efficiently.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare daily and weekly visitor logs and call reports for management review.
- Assist the administration team by compiling data for operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records of courier deliveries, meeting room bookings, and office supply inventories.
- Office Administration: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy and presentable at all times. Coordinate with maintenance or housekeeping staff as needed.
- Communication Hub: Act as the central information hub for the office, handling inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Guest Relations role.
- Industry Background: Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels, Concierge, or Premium Customer Service) is strongly preferred and highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required for generating reports and managing correspondence.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. (Arabic is a plus).
- Professionalism: Immaculately presented with a friendly, can-do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
