Job Description

Picasso Institute is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, supporting daily operations, and ensuring an organized and smooth front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage daily attendance logs and appointment schedules.
  • Assist with student registration and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degrees in any related field .
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administration is preferred.
  • Saudi nationality is a must.
  • Availability to work the 1 PM 9 PM shift.
