Picasso Institute is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, supporting daily operations, and ensuring an organized and smooth front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents professionally.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage daily attendance logs and appointment schedules.
- Assist with student registration and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries.
