Job Description

Our client, a leading organisation in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a highly professional Receptionist (Arabic proficiency is a must) to manage reception operations, communication channels, administrative support, and coordination activities across the business.


Key Responsibilitie

1. Telephone Board Manageme

  • ntOperate and manage the telephone switchboard efficientl
  • y.Receive, screen, and forward calls to appropriate employee
  • s.Maintain and regularly update the company's employee contact databas

e.2. Front Office & Visitor Manageme

  • ntEnsure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all time
  • s.Greet and assist business visitors and guests, directing them to relevant employee

s.3. Mail & Courier Handli

  • ngReceive and dispatch all incoming and outgoing mail and courier
  • s.Maintain detailed logs and ensure timely distribution to concerned employee

s.4. Office Supplies & Inventory Manageme

  • ntMonitor, track, and replenish office stationery, pantry items, and general supplie
  • s.Prepare related inventory and consumption report

s.5. Administrative & HR Suppo

  • rtAssist HR and support departments in preparing official letters, documents, and correspondence in both Arabic and Englis

h.6. Meetings & Coordinati

  • onSchedule, book, and coordinate meetings and conference room

s.7. General Administrative Duti

  • esPerform photocopying, scanning, filing, mailing, and document retrieva
