Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Dubai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors, and providing a professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The role includes answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, the Receptionist will be a key point of contact for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties capabilities
• Proficiency with clerical skills and the ability to manage office operations efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills to deliver a positive experience for all visitors
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is an advantage
• Preferably can speak multiple languages ( English, Arabic , French, etc)
