We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and customer-focused Receptionist & Sales Assistant to join our team at our new flagship store, Embody.
Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai
Position: Full-Time
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, assisting with sales on the shop floor, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and backend.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
- Drive sales and support clients in selecting products
- Manage orders, payments, and invoicing
- Support daily operations through efficient inventory coordination and accurate backend administration
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times
- Provide after-sales support and build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Answer calls, manage appointments, and support daily store operations
- Prepare a daily sales report for the management
- Manage and assist during client fittings
- Ensure all deliveries and packaging of orders are executed to the brand's high standards
- Manage and prepare all orders while communicating with our internal team to ensure timely production
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Confident interacting with clients of diverse nationalities
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or front-desk roles is a plus
- Based in Dubai
