Receptionist Sales

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist Sales position located in Jubail. The Receptionist Sales professional will handle front desk operations, including welcoming clients, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer inquiries. Additionally, they will handle some clerical duties and actively contribute to upselling spa services and packages to clients.

• Strong skills in Receptionist Duties, including front desk operations and scheduling appointments
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and positive client experience
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette for handling client calls and managing inquiries professionally
• Competency in Clerical Skills, with the ability to organize and maintain accurate records
• Sales acumen to effectively promote and upsell spa services
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Experience in spa or wellness settings is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are an advantage
