Job Description
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and receiving through DHL, and receives, directs, and relays telephone messages and fax messages.
1- Meeting and greeting clients appropriately.
2- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
3- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving company couriers.
4- Sort out and hand over important packages, deliveries, or messages to the appropriate departments within the company.
5- Maintain a contact list for office staff and ensure frequent updates.
6- Receive, direct, and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
7- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls.
8- Manage meeting room schedule.
9- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
10- Responsible for petty cash and HR expenses.
