Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Dubai. The Receptionist will oversee front desk operations, including welcoming visitors, managing incoming phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately. Additional responsibilities include performing administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring exceptional customer service to support the day-to-day functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties, including managing schedules, greeting visitors, and overseeing front desk operations
  • Clerical skills, such as data entry, record-keeping, and organizing office supplies
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, visitors, and team members effectively
  • Customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and helpful environment
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with office equipment and software is beneficial
