Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Manage front desk and maintain a presentable reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal teams for visitor management
  • Maintain records and logs (visitors, calls, couriers, etc.)
  • Support office operations as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 02 years of experience (freshers can apply)
  • Good communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus)
  • Presentable personality and professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations
