Job Description

  • Job Title – Receptionist (Tagalog Speaker)
  • Type – long term
  • Work Location – Dubai
  • Salary – 7000 AED
  • NP- Immediate

Mandatory details/Skills-

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for bank staff
  • Verify customer details and guide them on basic banking procedures
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist customers with forms and general banking queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service operations
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information and bank records

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Administration and Receptionist roles
  • Candidates with prior experience in the banking sector are preferred
  • Fluency in Tagalog is required
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
