Position: Receptionist
Location: Riyadh
We are looking for a professional and organized Office Administrator / Receptionist to support daily office operations and ensure a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
* Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and office events.
* Support administrative tasks, documentation, and correspondence.
* Manage office supplies, vendors, courier services, and invoices.
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities and office access management.
* Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external service providers.
* Support travel arrangements and general office services.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Administration, Reception, Office Coordination, or Customer Service.
* Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
