Receptionist

The Cascades Golf Resort, SPA & Thalasso is a luxurious destination situated on the highest point of the Somabay Peninsula, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, desert mountains, and verdant golf course fairways. The resort features the magnificent 18-hole, par 72 Cascades Golf Course, designed by renowned golfer Gary Player. Guests can indulge in world-class relaxation at The Cascades Spa & Thalasso, one of the most expansive and well-equipped thalassotherapy spas globally, with 65 treatment rooms spanning 7,500 m. The Cascades provides an exceptional experience for leisure and rejuvenation in an idyllic natural setting.

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Hurghada at The Cascades Golf Resort, SPA & Thalasso. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone inquiries with professionalism, handling front desk operations, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Daily tasks will include scheduling appointments, providing information about the resort's services, and maintaining records and systems. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach will be key components of the role.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Clerical Skills, including experience with scheduling, record management, and administrative tasks
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
