Job Description

We're looking for Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 12 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
