Job Title: Receptionist – Car Showroom

Location: Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR), Dubai

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our car showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage appointments and maintain the reception area.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic showroom information.
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• UAEN applicants only.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Well-groomed, organized, and customer-service oriented.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is preferred.
