Recipe Developer (Hello Chef, Dubai)

We're hiring a Recipe Developer who genuinely loves cooking and cares about how people experience food at home. You'll create recipes that land on live menus every week dishes that are delicious, practical, and designed to work reliably in real kitchens.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take recipes end to end: from concept and testing to writing, styling, and photography. You'll work closely with our Food, Procurement, Operations, and Marketing teams to turn great food ideas into recipes that strengthen menus, add customer value, and scale with the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about flavour, enjoys refining ideas through testing and feedback, and is excited by the challenge of making great food work within real-world constraints.

Ideal experience:

Developing original recipes for home cooks

End-to-end recipe ownership (testing, writing, styling, photography)

Working with customer feedback to improve recipes

Designing recipes within cost, ingredient, or operational constraints
