Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, including fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, to build trust and engage effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Practical experience or training in Addiction Recovery and mental health support, with an understanding of evidence-informed recovery models and community resources.
- Familiarity with Insurance processes related to mental health and substance use services, including coverage verification and coordination of benefits, is preferred.
- Experience in Training, facilitation, or delivering psychoeducation, workshops, or support groups for individuals, families, or community partners.
- Relevant academic background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; professional certification or licensure in mental health or addiction services is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, manage crisis situations appropriately, and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort with using digital tools and documentation systems to record client interactions and support coordinated care.
- Previous experience working in the UAE or in culturally diverse environments is beneficial.
